These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of llmdesigncompany.com and related services, including DMV Compass. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

LLM Design Company provides:

• Website clarity and conversion consulting services

• Operational tools and managed services, including DMV Compass

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. No Legal or Compliance Advice

DMV Compass provides tracking, alerts, and operational guidance only.

We do not:

• Act on your behalf with government agencies

• File DMV paperwork

• Provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice

Clients remain responsible for final compliance actions.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information

• Review alerts and notifications promptly

• Maintain responsibility for vehicle and business compliance

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are disclosed at the time of purchase or agreement. Pilot or subscription services may be canceled according to the terms presented at signup.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and systems provided by LLM Design Company are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services during the previous 3 months

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if:

• These Terms are violated

• Payment obligations are not met

• Use of services presents legal or operational risk

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LLM Design Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
